Deposit Terms
We keep it simple — so you can plan with confidence.
First-Year Clientele

Seasonal Package* (Installation + Takedown): 50% deposit upfront is required to commit to a quote. The remaining 50% due after takedown is completed.

Installation Only: Full payment required upfront.
*Note: Our Seasonal Package is billed as a single, all-inclusive rate for both installation and takedown. While the services may be fulfilled on different dates (i.e., start and end of the season), your quote reflects the full scope of work and is intended as a commitment to proceed.

Referral Privileges
For clients returning to D&A, we offer a standing gesture of gratitude for every new homeowner you introduce to our work.
As part of our Golden Glow® Rewards program, returning clients receive:

20% off total seasonal package (Installation + Takedown) for every new client you refer who completes any service with us.

Refer five (5) clients in a season who complete any service and your next Seasonal Package (installation + takedown) is completely complimentary**.
** Terms & Conditions:
This "completely complimentary" offer is available only to returning clients who have previously completed a Seasonal Package with us.
To receive a complimentary package, all five (5) referred clients must complete their service in the same season. Please have new clients you have referred fill out your name in their Booking Form to receive credit for your reference. Storage costs are not included in this complimentary reward and will still apply if storage by our team is selected.
Referral perks reset annually and are not cumulative.
They are non-transferable, cannot be combined with other offers, and are subject to availability and scheduling capacity.
We reserve the right to limit program eligibility in cases of suspected abuse or when demand exceeds our team’s availability.
